Head of Compliance

A renowned General Insurance company in London is looking for a Head of Compliance. The successful candidate will lead the company's compliance function, ensuring alignment with FCA regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance strategies and programs.
• Lead the company's compliance team, providing guidance and support as necessary.
• Ensure the company's compliance with all FCA regulations.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes within the General Insurance industry and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Report regularly to senior management on the company's compliance status.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a compliance role within the General Insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of FCA regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A relevant professional qualification in compliance is highly desirable.
