Compliance Training Manager

A Payment Services company in Manchester is actively seeking a Compliance Training Manager. This role involves developing and delivering compliance training programs to foster a strong compliance culture within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver compliance training programs in line with FCA regulations.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes within the Payment Services industry and adjust training accordingly.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the compliance training needs of the organization are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance training role within the Payment Services industry.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A relevant professional qualification in education or compliance is desirable.
